This mansarded loft conversion literally doubled the floor space of a first floor flat in this semi-detached Victorian property. Not only did the client gain two large bedrooms and a second bathroom, but also a specially designed chill out area for two teenaged children with custom cabinetry designed to hide both the TV and a very clever utility cupboard for the washing machine and dryer. These extension works added significant value to what was the second property we have refurbished and extended for this client.
