Loft conversions for flats are incredibly satisfying. Nothing quite beats the look on the clients faces when they walk up their new staircase for the first time and fully appreciate that they have suddenly gained an entire new floor and thus a brand-new maisonette. This was just one of those jobs and there were some very big smiles on completion day. Not only were the clients now in a much larger property, but they had decided to go to town on the bathroom as well with very high-quality marble tiles from our favourite supplier and without doubt one of the heaviest baths we have ever fitted in a loft pod bathroom.
